Dear Neighbors,

This week, I was appointed by Speaker of the House Louise Stutes to one of the legislative seats on the Board of Directors of the Alaska Seafood Marketing Institute (ASMI). I'm honored by the appointment because I believe in ASMI's mission to promote Alaska seafood to the world.

ASMI is a unique organization that brings together the public and private sectors to ensure that seafood will continue to power the Alaska economy. As an ex-officio member of the board, I can't vote on action items but I can advocate on behalf of the people of Alaska who rely on seafood as a fundamental building block to our way of life. I want to thank Speaker Stutes for the opportunity to serve on the ASMI board for the duration of the 32nd Alaska State Legislature.

I’m here to serve you. If you have questions or concerns, please contact my office at rep.chris.tuck@akleg.gov or call (907) 465-2095.

Please be safe,
