Juneau – The House Judiciary Committee will accept public testimony tonight on Senate Bill 54, which continues a multi-year effort to reduce corrections costs and Alaska’s high recidivism rate. Members of the public can testify from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. tonight from Legislative Information Offices (LIO) across the state or in person at the State Capitol Building in Juneau.

I wanted to let you know about opportunities for the public to testify on SB54 (a bill proposing fixes to crime issues that came with SB91). Public testimony just began and will run until everyone has had a chance to testify (warning: testimony may be limited to 2-3 minutes, so really hit your main points).
