TRICK OR TREAT FISH CREEK Dear Friends and Neighbors, On behalf of the Anchorage Park Foundation, the Spenard Community Council, and other community leaders I am pleased to extend a special invitation to celebrate the reopening of the Fish Creek Trail with a ribbon cutting ceremony at Kiwanis Fish Creek Park, followed by a bicycle parade and trick or treat stations along all of fish creek trail. Major improvements include new pavement, four new bridges, and new lighting. I hope you will join me in celebrating this great milestone in a larger effort to connect the Fish Creek Trail to the ocean. My office will be hosting a trick-or-treat station with treats for kids AND grownups. We hope to see you there, and please pass the word along to any families looking for a fun and safe way to celebrate Halloween!
