JUNEAU – The House of Representatives today passed an operating budget that invests heavily in our education system, funds essential services, and helps Alaskans recover from inflation and high energy prices by including a $1,300 Energy Relief Check on top of a Permanent Fund Dividend. House Bill 281 passed the floor with a vote of 25-14.
