Representative Claman to host fall constituent meeting at Anchorage Legislative Office


Meeting scheduled for Saturday, November 2 from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m.

ANCHORAGE – Representative Matt Claman (D-Anchorage) will hold a fall constituent meeting this Saturday, November 2. The event will be held at the Anchorage Legislative Information Office (LIO) from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m.

West Anchorage residents who live in Sand Lake, Spenard, or Turnagain are encouraged to stop by and have a conversation with the representative about the upcoming legislative session and to discuss any other questions or concerns.

“Residents of West Anchorage have been active in voicing their concerns about the financial challenges we face as a state and the recent budget cuts made by the governor. This meeting is an opportunity to chat with friends and neighbors as we work together toward a responsible plan of action for Alaska,” Representative Claman said.

After updates and remarks from Representative Claman, West Anchorage residents will be given the opportunity to ask questions and offer input. Pizza and drinks will be provided.
