September 7th Constituent Meeting Details: Invited speakers, Call-in number, and Facebook Live
Dear Friends and Neighbors,
Constituent Meeting Coming Up!
Senator Begich and I would like to extend an invitation to you! Please join us for our upcoming constituent meeting where we will discuss neighborhood public safety as well as the budget and the upcoming special session. As you are all aware, there is a lot of concern and confusion about changes made with SB 91 as well as staffing with APD, neighborhood crime, and vehicle theft. The goal of the meeting is to present the facts about what has changed and what hasn't, while also answering questions. The panel will be able to address a broad range of questions neighbors might have regarding policing, substance abuse treatment, mental health issues, the opioid problem, and efforts to reduce recidivism, and legislation under consideration regarding public safety.
Please join us: September 7th Constituent & Public Safety Meeting
