Speaker: Representative Wilson gave her all in the Legislature for more than a decade
‘I wish Tammie and her family all the best as she takes on a new position’

JUNEAU – Rep. Tammie Wilson (R-North Pole) on Friday evening announced her resignation during a House floor session.

House Speaker Bryce Edgmon on Friday released the following statement on her decision:

“For more than a decade, Tammie Wilson gave her all in the Legislature and was a very fierce advocate for the people of North Pole. I wish Tammie and her family all the best as she takes on a new position, and I look forward to working with her in new role at Office of Children’s Services.”
