Session has started in Juneau, Pre-Filed Legislation, Upcoming Community Council Meetings

Now that session has started, my staff and I are back in our state’s capitol and are ready to hit the ground running, for you! I hope the last few weeks have been good for you and your family, and that your 2019 has been off to a great start. The kids have been back in school from winter break for a couple weeks now, and the snow has been falling all over. A few days ago, it snowed 18 inches in Juneau

Today is the first day of the 31st Legislative Session!

My office staff has also joined me in Juneau. Many of you have already met or spoken with Caroline Hamp and Liz Harpold (pictured: center and right). I'd also like to introduce you to our new office member, Martin Stepetin Sr. (pictured: left). He is a First Alaskans Institute Public Policy Fellow.

My Juneau Office is Open!

The 31st Alaska State Legislature begins on January 15, but my office is already open and ready for business. As the first day draws closer, I want to hear from you! Feel free to come by, give me a call, or send me an email. If I know what your priorities are, then I can better represent you in Juneau as your Senator.
