I am grateful for their willingness to serve, particularly to volunteer for this commitment with little notice over the holidays.”
“I want to thank District 40 Chair Jane Winzer for taking time from her holidays to go through the selection process, and continuing to engage the district in search of the best representation for District 40,” said Representative Neal Foster (D-Nome) “It was imperative that we fill the vacancy as soon as possible to get the appointment in place and House District 40 the representation it properly deserves. I would also like to thank the Governor for his commitment to finding the best possible representation for the people of House District 40. I am confident that we have done so.”
