Rep. Wool’s Newsletter: February 14th Update From Juneau

I hope everyone is having a great winter. It’s warmer but rainier here in Juneau – I miss Fairbanks even this time of year. I appreciate the weekends I’ve been able to come home. I am chairing the finance subcommittee for the University budget and this week we are soliciting public comments on the Governor’s proposed FY18 budget for the University of Alaska System. The dates for this public comment period begin today, Tuesday, February 14 through Tuesday the 21st. If you have input, I welcome it and encourage you to share your thoughts on the direction and priorities of the University of Alaska.
